Refund Policy

What products are warranted?

All the products that we sell on this website are subjected to the warranty policy with respect to their manufacturer warranty policy of that particular product.

Scope of the warranty:

  • The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice and ends on the same day's expiry time respective to that particular product.
  • The warranty applies only to products delivered and used in states belonging to India.
  • The warranty covers only to products that we delivered, but not on their storage conditions that customer applies and we will not accept any sort of returns if customer does not store the product before consumption within its expiry time.
  • We are not at all responsible for the mistakes done by you with the product that we supply.
  • If any change made in the product that we supplied after the delivery are not subjected to the warranty policy. So please do not customize the default manufactured product for Your Convenience, If modified then we are not responsible for that product's warranty.
  • The warranty looses immediately when modifications are introduced to the delivered product.
  • Everytime please check each and everything about the product(s) that you receive from us, whether or not are according to the Invoice. If there is anything mismatched with the Invoice and the received product(s), then please inform us immediately to us at admin@kitchenriders.com or whatsApp number +971588824357 with respective pictures of the defective product(s) infront of the delivery person, otherwise the warranty and return policy cannot be claimed.   
  • If the products that are delivered are defective should be immediately informed to us at admin@kitchenriders.com or whatsApp number +971588824357 with respective pictures of the defective product(s) infront of the delivery person, otherwise the warranty and return policy cannot be claimed. 

Where to go for warranty service?

  • Everytime please check each and everything about the product(s) that you receive from us, whether or not are according to the Invoice. If there is anything mismatched with the Invoice and the received product(s), then please inform us immediately to us at admin@kitchenriders.com or whatsApp number +971588824357 with respective pictures of the defective product(s) infront of the delivery person, otherwise the warranty and return policy cannot be claimed.   
  • If the products that are delivered are defective should be immediately informed to us at admin@kitchenriders.com or whatsApp number +971588824357 with respective pictures of the defective product(s) infront of the delivery person, otherwise the warranty and return policy cannot be claimed.
  • We will contact you as soon as possible and we will solve the issue, no need to go any where.

I can replace or return an item?

Customers are most welcome to claim their product(s) replace or return based on the following points:

  • Everytime please check each and everything about the product(s) that you receive from us, whether or not are according to the Invoice. If there is anything mismatched with the Invoice and the received product(s) then please inform us immediately to us at admin@kitchenriders.com or whatsApp number +971588824357 with respective pictures of the defective product(s) infront of the delivery person, otherwise the warranty and return policy cannot be claimed.   
  • If the products that are delivered are defective should be immediately informed to us at admin@kitchenriders.com or whatsApp number +971588824357 with respective pictures of the defective product(s) infront of the delivery person, otherwise the warranty and return policy cannot be claimed.
  • If you are able to perform the above stated two points correctly, then sure you are eligible for replacement of the same product according to that particular product(s)replacement policy. 

In some cases, the warranty is not provided?

This Statement is not applied to all the Customers, only Customers with bad intentions are subject these points of policy.

Customers are requested not to cheat us by playing tricking for their product(s) warranty or return or replacements, as we indeed check each and every product(s) with pictures before delivery, that we deliver to you.

  • Everytime please check each and everything about the product(s) that you receive from us, are according to the Invoice or not. If there is anything mismatched with the Invoice and the received product(s) then please inform us immediately to us at admin@kitchenriders.com or whatsApp number +971588824357 with respective pictures of the defective product(s) infront of the delivery person, otherwise the warranty and return policy cannot be claimed.   
  • If the products that are delivered are defective should be immediately informed to us at admin@kitchenriders.com or whatsApp number +971588824357 with respective pictures of the defective product(s) infront of the delivery person, otherwise the warranty and return policy cannot be claimed.
  • If you are not able to perform the above stated two points correctly, then sure you are not eligible to claim the return and replacement policy according to that particular product(s) return and replacement policy.

NON-ASSIGNABILITY OF WARRANTY

THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY SELLER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS.  THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY THE SELLER OR ANY PERSON WHO IS AN AGENT, EMPLOYEE, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE OF SELLER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE CONDITION OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THEIR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
